The finca has a view over beautiful valleys and is only 5 minutes from the pleasant village of Santa Gertrudis, Ibiza city is a 10-minute drive from the house and the airport can be reached in 15 minutes.

This family home has 100% privacy. In the middle of nature and in peace, you will enjoy this great stay. It is located in a very extensive nature reserve and there is access from the garden side to a beautiful walking path into nature.

With a heated swimming pool, various terraces, various chill-out zones, a beautiful outdoor kitchen and ample parking, it is the perfect holiday accommodation for any travel group.

The tropical garden, where the swimming pool is located, is very well maintained. The highlight in the garden is a large covered lounge area with a beautiful outdoor kitchen with BBQ.

There is also the possibility for sporting (children’s) activities, such as a trampoline, table tennis, basketball and Jeu de Boules.

The main house can accommodate 8 people, the nearby guest house in the tower can accommodate 4 people. From the garden you can walk straight into the main house. There is a beautiful open kitchen, which is equipped with all modern conveniences. The living room is cozy and cozy, next to the living room there is another lounge with a pool table. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. The other bathroom, also with shower, which belongs to the second bedroom is adjacent to the living room and also functions as a guest toilet. The first floor can be reached via the spiral staircase.
